We grew tired of symbolic “Save the Planet” campaigns that leave people without usable solutions. We chose a different path.

100% Word of Mouth - We do not rely on exaggerated claims, aggressive marketing, or promotional hype. Every product we sell reaches the next customer through the recommendation of a satisfied one. This keeps us honest — because trust, once earned, must be protected through performance, not persuasion.

After-Sales Service Philosophy

We value everyone’s time — including our own. Our systems are built for long-term use, and maintaining their reliability requires skill, attention, and accountability. For this reason, our operation and maintenance services are fairly priced and transparently offered. There are no hidden costs and no “free” promises — only professional support for systems designed to last many years.

Proven Experience

Our work is grounded in over two decades of hands-on experience in organic waste recycling and renewable energy.

What began as modest field installations in 2005 has evolved through experimentation, scale, setbacks, and learning — into practical systems designed for everyday use.

Our Journey (Detailed Timeline)

Foundations & Field Learning (2005–2009)

We began with the installation of brick-and-cement biogas plants based on prevailing government designs.
Working directly at field sites exposed us to real-world limitations that are often invisible in theory.

During this phase, we:

Set up our own workshop to manufacture advanced FRP biogas plants
Developed low-cost HDPE biogas systems in association with Arjun Tarpaulins, Salem
Installed HDPE plants at client locations
Explored government approvals through academic institutions
Exported low-cost biogas plants to Africa

Key learning:
Real-world performance and ease of use matter more than design intent.

Automation & Large-Scale Experience (2010–2016)

With a strong foundation in place, we explored automation and larger applications.

During this period, we:

Entered a joint venture with a Malaysian biodiesel company to develop automated biogas systems
Installed India’s first automated suction of septic tank contents into a biogas plant at UL Cyber Park, Kozhikode
Received authorization from Suchitwa Mission, Kerala, to revive and mechanize defunct municipal biogas plants
Signed technology and investment collaborations with Chinese and German partners
Were selected for participation in large-scale government and PPP waste management projects
Installed Kerala’s first Biogas Research Centre at Kerala Veterinary University, Vythiry

Key learning:
Scaling amplifies weaknesses when operation, maintenance, and user understanding are ignored.

Innovation & R&D for Homes (2017–2019)

We consciously shifted focus from institutions back to homes and individual users.

In this phase, we:

Developed prototypes of fully automatic domestic biogas plants with built-in waste grinders
Joined national incubation programs for testing and launching compact domestic systems
Explored manufacturing and academic collaboration opportunities in China

Key learning:
Homes need systems that are simple, hygienic, and forgiving — not industrial complexity.

Hands-On Integration & Field Work (2020–2022)

The pandemic period became a phase of deep, hands-on learning and survival-driven delivery.

During this time, we:

Built integrated waste-to-food systems at home, including hydroponics, aquaponics, and small-scale food production
Delivered biogas plants and wastewater treatment projects for long-standing clients
Used field work to sustain and fund continued research and development

Key learning:
Integration works best when systems are lived with, not just designed.

Organic Transformers & Knowledge Sharing (2023–2025)

This phase brought together everything we had learned.

We:

Rolled out compact domestic biogas plants from our R&D centre in Bangalore
Introduced Black Soldier Fly bins and organic hydroponic systems
Unified these technologies into integrated solutions called Organic Transformers
Expanded into structured DIY workshops for end-users and aspiring entrepreneurs

Key learning:
Technology succeeds only when people understand, trust, and use it correctly.

Closing Thought

Each phase refined our understanding.
Each limitation led to better design.
What we offer today exists because earlier solutions weren’t good enough.

Our Values

We could roll out our products at much lower prices if we chose not to care about long-term performance or your trust in us. Resources wasted may sometimes be recycled. But Trust and reputation wasted cannot be recycled. And genuine trust never comes cheap — it is built patiently, through years of unwavering hard work.

About the Founder

He is a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology, with early experience in control system projects with oil and gas companies and manufacturing Industries leading large teams. Since 2005, his work has remained focused on organic waste recycling & biogas systems — spanning on-site projects, global collaborations, research and product development. This hands-on involvement in automation and integrated resource recovery has shaped every product and training workshop at Organic Transformers, founded in 2025.

The approach is steady, sustainable growth, while spreading solutions that work reliably and efficiently year after year.
